At Drastabhav, we respect your right to request deletion of personal information that we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal information.
1. What You Can Request
You may contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with your interactions with Drastabhav.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Name
- Mobile/WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Registration information
- Communication records
- Information submitted through website forms
- Other personal information associated with your account or registration
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary for legitimate record-keeping, required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

- Your name
- Mobile/WhatsApp number associated with your registration
- Email address, if applicable
- A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted
Example:
“I request deletion of the personal information associated with my Drastabhav registration.”
3. Verification
For security purposes, we may need to verify that the request relates to you before deleting personal information.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, OTPs or other unnecessary sensitive information in your deletion request.
4. WhatsApp Information
If you have interacted with Drastabhav through WhatsApp, your request may include deletion of personal information associated with those communications that we control.
WhatsApp/Meta may separately retain information subject to its own policies and legal obligations. A request to Drastabhav does not automatically delete information independently controlled by Meta.
5. Third-Party Services
If your information has been processed by a third-party service provider on our behalf, we may take reasonable steps to request deletion where applicable.
Some third-party providers may have their own retention requirements and privacy procedures.
6. After Your Request
We will review your request, verify it where necessary, and take appropriate action within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention obligations.
Where deletion cannot be completed in whole or in part, we will explain the applicable reason where required or appropriate.
7. Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may also contact us to withdraw that consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Indian data-protection law recognises the right to withdraw consent, subject to applicable provisions.
