I’m also a survivor of mental illness, and I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with emotional darkness, confusion, and isolation. For years, I battled overwhelming thoughts, inner chaos, and a sense of being lost — until I found a path to healing that didn’t rely on medication, labels, or suppression.
